Position : HRGA Supervisor (Japanese Speaker)

Requirements : 

Male

Bachelor Degree from any Major

Minimum 5 years experience in HRGA field in Japanese company Can speak Japanese JLPT N2 or N3  (intermediate level) Understand accounting and finance is a plus point Willing to work in Karawang KIIC

Job Detail : 

HR:

- Compile and analyze job descriptions

- Develop operational procedure

- Work load analyze

- Performance appraisal

- Compensation and benefit

- Develop training program

- Calculate & Control the department's annual budget, include GA and finance Accounting

- Develop company regulations

- Manage the process of implementing disciplinary actions

- Manage KPI department

GA

- Control SHE performance

- Reporting RKL - RPL

- Hazardous waste control and report

- Reporting SIINAS, LKPM, WLKP, etc.

- Control consumable such as catering, gloves, uniform, etc.

- Control the admin

Salary & Benefit:

- Salary 8 – 12 Mio THP

- For supervisor overtime still paid

- BPJS Kesehatan & BPJS TK

- PPh 21 is borne by the Company
