OCG is currently looking for the candidates to fill the position of:
Bilingual Secretary
Requirement:
- 2+ years’ experience in construction/engineering project administration & GA as an office manager or similar role.
- Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s degree / Secretary degree
- Experience coordinating administrative staff and establishing support procedures
- Must have computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Fluent in English (please show your TOEFL/IELTS score)
Responsibilities:
- Assisting Team Leader, the Deputy Team Leader, and the Office Manager.
- Organizing meetings and arranging appointment.
- Arranging the transport and accommodation for the project staff
- Organizing events or conferences.
- Dealing with correspondence and responsible for administrative work including filing/document controller, managing database, and photocopying.
- Translating and writing reports, letters, emails, presentation in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Coordinate with the office manager).
- Acting as interpreter in meetings when required.
