We are seeking a Sales Manager to lead and drive our sales team in achieving our growth objectives. 

Job Overview: As a Sales Manager at Elematec Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and leading a team of dedicated professionals. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in expanding our market share and nurturing customer relationships. Proficiency in the Japanese language is required, as part of the role involves communication with Japanese-speaking clients and partners. 

Key Responsibilities: • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets and achieve revenue growth. • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, clients, and industry partnerships. • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the local General Manager and the company's President Director. • Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies. • Contract Negotiations: Lead contract negotiations and manage terms and conditions with clients. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. • Proven track record in sales management and business development. • Proficiency in Japanese preferable • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
